The firm was founded in 1989 to provide high quality personalized service to thier clients. The firm’s practice areas include local government law, labor and employment law (specifically representing employers), business and corporate law, commercial and civil litigation, appellate law, health care law, election law, constitutional law, civil rights law and education law.

The firm has been providing legal services to the City of Belle Glade since October 2002, and has served as City Attorney, along with Corbett & White, P.A., since October 2003. As City Attorney, the firm oversees all legal matters for the City. Members of the firm attend regular and special Commission meetings, code enforcement meetings and Civil Service Board meetings. They negotiate and draft contracts between the City and various vendors, businesses and other municipalities for a variety of services. They advise the City Manager and other staff on a wide range of legal matters, and draft ordinances, resolutions and other documents.
